    Kermay Properties, LLC, is owned by Jim and Christin Mangan, from Northern Illinois. Kermay — a combination of 2 counties in Ireland – Cty Mayo and Cty Kerry – in keeping alive our family roots. We have two boys, one in college and the other is in high school. Both keep us busy with all of their activities. When we aren’t traveling to Florida and Ireland, we spend as much time as we can at home with our dogs, Shelly & Milo (when they aren’t with us).

    Kermay Properties oversees multiple Airbnb properties inFlorida along with the occasional remodel of homes and refurbishing furniture, giving them a new and fresh purpose.
